Over ten years of experience as a nursing assistant and MedTech, I have gained insightful knowledge about providing dignity, comfort, consistency, and personalized care to elders. I recognize and honor everyone’s unique needs and preferences, and passion for caregiving is rooted in a deep respect for the elderly and a commitment to creating a home-like environment where residents feel safe, heard, and valued. My nursing skills include passing medications, providing patient care, assisting with toileting, observing behavior, monitoring vital signs, helping with ambulation, and offering grooming assistance.
